Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Techieszon, in plain language where we can manage it.

1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account or using Techieszon SMS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. What the Service does
Techieszon SMS lets you send bulk, scheduled, and recurring SMS messages to phone numbers you provide, manage contact lists, and top up a prepaid wallet to fund sending. Messages are delivered through a third-party upstream SMS carrier. We are not the carrier, and delivery is subject to that carrier's network and any applicable telecom regulations.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including messages sent using your Sender ID and API key. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Wallet, billing, and payments
Sending SMS consumes prepaid units from your wallet, priced per message segment. Wallet top-ups are processed through Paystack; we don't store your card details. Units are deducted at the time a message is accepted by the upstream carrier. Except where required by law, wallet top-ups are non-refundable once credited, including for units that go unused.
5. Sender IDs and message content
You are solely responsible for the content of every message you send and for the accuracy of every recipient number you upload. Sender ID requests are reviewed and may be approved, rejected, or later revoked if used in violation of these Terms. You must not use the Service to send content that is illegal, deceptive, harassing, or that violates a recipient's applicable do-not-contact rights.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited spam, phishing content, malware links, content that infringes someone else's rights, or messages to numbers on your own blacklist. We may filter messages against a spam-word list and reject sends that match it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
7. Delivery is best-effort, not guaranteed
"Sent" status reflects that the upstream carrier accepted your message for delivery at the time of sending. It does not constitute a guaranteed, independently confirmed handset delivery receipt. Carrier networks, recipient device status, and local regulations can all affect whether a message ultimately reaches a handset, and these are outside our control.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Techieszon SMS or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content and contact data you upload.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techieszon SMS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost messages, arising from your use of the Service or from failures of third-party carriers or payment processors we rely on.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
